The name of the Lord is a strong tower. He defends us from the attacks of the enemy. He protects us from the storms we face. I love how this verse uses the verb ‘run’. When you are in trouble- run to the Lord! Don’t walk. Don’t hesitate. Run to Him. There is power in His name. Evil forces, demons, and even Satan must flee in the name of Jesus. I’ve witnessed this firsthand. I’ve experienced it. I’ve called on our Savior to rescue me from the evil that I faced, and He did. I testify that it is true. Never hesitate to call on the Lord, especially if you are facing evil. Call on Him when you are facing temptation. He will help you. Run to Him. He is our safety, our defender, He is our strong tower, He is our Savior. He loves you and wants to help!
