The trying of your faith.

Sometimes it feels like the harder we try to be good, the more trials come our way. The more good that we do, the greater opposition we face. While we know there is opposition in all things, we also need to remember that we will never be tested or tempted beyond that which we can bear. (1 Cor. 10:13)

That verse in Corinthians also explains that God is faithful. When it comes to temptation, God will also provide a way to escape, that we may be able to bear it.

Our way of escape from these hardships is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He provides rest to the weary, strength to the weak, healing to the broken. He gives us patience in suffering. He helps us bear our cross.

These experiences- these temptations, trials, tests of faith- provide us with valuable lessons of patience. Lessons that God has seen fit to give us, to mold and shape us into the people we are to become.

May we pray for patience and strength in all of our sufferings, and value the lessons that our struggles teach us.

Wishing you a beautiful day!
